No, cause when I got hired, I was told, “Sometimes we have 2 bussers in one section, sometimes just 1. It depends on how busy it gets.” I’ve worked busy days, I WAS THE ONLY BUSSER COVERING MY SECTION! AND SO WAS MY COWORKER WHO WAS COVERING THE OTHER SECTION! Doesn’t help when my section involves an elevated section, but there’s no ramp where I park the bussing cart, so I have take it the other side of restaurant to use the ramp over there! I’m gonna draw a map. Ladders are stairs, triangle is ramp, green box is elevated section, red is my whole section

always picking up plates and drinks and stuff before the customers get up and leave saves some time, and while you wait for them to get up, you can get the stuff to set the table and have someone else set it

Nah I’ve had some AMAZING bussers and some ahhh bussers, also just pre bus or ask your manager to ask the server to pre bus unless you and the server cool then tell them 😭
