Mila!!! I just got my milamend package and I wanted to know if there was anything I can do to make it easier for me to drink. I’ve always had a hard time taking selenium, the taste and smell stays in my throat and nose for so long and I hate the taste/smell of it. It makes me nauseous. But I also really want to keep taking this drink and want to improve my health. Please does anyone have any advice? And does anyone also feel the same towards selenium?
