I’ve set mine to an hour a day 📖 Make time for a relaxing hobby. Coloring, reading, crafting, etc. 🚶♀️Get your body moving. Even if it just means a walk around the neighborhood. 🌲Try to get out in nature. Don’t listen to music or a podcast. Just enjoy the silence. 👯♀️ Call up a good friend, or even better, go SEE a friend. You can have a movie watch night, sleepover, or just a casual dinner 🐕 Spend quality time with your pets 💆🏻♀️ Schedule a massage if you can or another relaxing service Godspeed my friends.
