this is all really good and needed info that unfortunately the vast majority of people never take the time to really understand and grasp in the way you obviously have. I had to because from the age of 10 to the age of 18 I put myself into major stage acting roles in front of huge audiences and at the same time performing on stage in front of even larger audiences playing competition and lib solos on my trumpet so freezing for me wasn't an option and really even nervousness or being tense I had to avoid also. which I did. I appreciate you departing your knowledge of how the mind works and how we can train our minds to our advantage. I can't get enough of listening to you break it all down where it can be comprehended and understood by most anyone willing to listen and learn. I would love to hear how you got so deep into understanding so much of the mind. Anyway I wanted to say thank you for all the help you are giving.😇❤️

these are great tips. one i like to do around having allies is kicking off a lot of small talk while we’re waiting for everyone to join the presentation. a presentation or even an interview can feel so big and scary and you really have to try to make it feel like just another conversation. i also take beta blockers for the really scary ones 😂
