Full recipe 👇🏿 #shorts #food #Recipe KINDER BUENO BISCOFF & NUTELLA ICE CREAM CUPS INGREDIENTS Ice Cream Filling: 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 4 packs Kinder Bueno (8 sticks), chopped 1/3 cup Biscoff cookie butter 1/3 cup Nutella Chocolate Shell: 8 oz white chocolate melting wafers 8 oz milk chocolate melting wafers 2 tsp coconut oil (1 tsp per chocolate) 4 plastic cups 4 wooden popsicle sticks INSTRUCTIONS 1. Add cold heavy whipping cream to a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. 2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until combined. 3. Add the Biscoff cookie butter and Nutella. Gently fold until incorporated, then fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno pieces. Refrigerate while preparing the chocolate cups. 4. Melt the white chocolate and milk chocolate separately. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to each and stir until smooth. 5. Pour a little melted white chocolate and milk chocolate into each plastic cup. Rotate the cup to create a two-tone chocolate coating along the bottom and sides. Refrigerate until firm. 6. Repeat the chocolate coating to strengthen the shell. Refrigerate again until fully set. 7. Spoon or pipe the Kinder Bueno ice cream filling into each chocolate-coated cup, leaving a little space at the top. 8. Insert a wooden popsicle stick into the center of each cup. 9. Seal the exposed ice cream with the remaining melted chocolate, spreading it evenly to connect with the chocolate shell around the edges. 10. Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until completely solid. 11. Carefully peel away the plastic cups to reveal the chocolate shells. Serve immediately or keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
