1 serving of chicken mince chilli (recipe is on my page) 170g sweet potato 15g reduced fat cheese 1. Peel and cut your sweet potato and boil until very soft. 2. Mash the sweet potato until smooth with salt and pepper 3. Add the chilli to a small baking dish, top with sweet potato mash and grated cheese 4.
