@alexramostraining: 4 Keys to Hitting the Ball With Real Power 💣 1️⃣ Power starts before contact. Build up to the ball. Your angle and speed into the ball set up everything that follows. 2️⃣ Strike path through the ball Don’t hit at it, hit through it. The follow-through tells you if the contact was real. 3️⃣ Balance over force Clean power comes from stability. If you’re falling away, the ball will die. 4️⃣ Finish the action The shot isn’t complete at contact. Let the leg travel naturally and fully through the strike. Front angle shows the shape. Back angle shows the truth. 👉 Save this and start judging your shots by the follow-through, not the swing. #Soccer #football #soccertiktok #power #fyp
