I mean it's absolutely unacceptable for any kind of shelter or rescue to allow a pup that's being attacked to still be with the others that are attacking her. This is irresponsible and should be reported!

I literally drove past Barstow yesterday on way home, but just saw this today. I could have picked her up brought her to Bay Area for someone to help her. 😩 I really hope someone will see this soon that can help her.
