Write a book. Once you get a little older, you will realize you are sitting on gold - your experiences. With your book, you can change the world. Also, have you thought about transferring to a new school so you can feel more comfortable attending in-person? Use your experiences to your advantage. Write about. Keep speaking up. You have a platform now. Use it to help others.

Don’t apologize for complaining. Don’t apologize for being depressed. Don’t apologize for how you’re feeling. You’re going through something horrific that no one should have to go through. Take it one day at a time and give yourself some grace. Luckily happiness is a choice, you just have to find what’s going to make you happy again but that just may take time.

Girl you went through something very traumatic. It’s going to take time to heal from what happened. Focus on doing the things that make you feel good. Focus on loving yourself. Do not blame yourself. Isolation is common after what you’ve been through. Reach out to the people that you love ask for the help you need.
