We arrived on Arvia at Barbados, the next stop , we heard they was a lot of moaning because the sunbeds got moved .

this is part of my job on p&o, it’s amazing how it happens but the helicopter never lands on the ship it hovers and they transfer the patient from the ship onto the helicopter safely n off they go. our medical team are amazing and we all work together to produce a successful outcome 🩷 just thought i’d explain how it happens coming from someone whose crew! x

This happened whilst we were on a Marella cruise. Whilst I felt so sorry for the poorly passenger, it was so interesting to watch the skill of the pilots hovering above the ship and winching up the passenger.

Thank you for this video not everyone would see something like this in life and how well everyone worked together to help that person!! Must of be really serious for them to do that hope they ended up being okay and hopefully family was able to get off and be with them once they reached ashore ❤️

As somebody that works on a cruise, this happens VERY often!!! On a world cruise I did there was at least 3/4 air lifts that happened!!
