Yeah, but the problem with that is you don’t know if you get Unemployment until after you file and you can’t file until after you quit so what if you just screwed yourself?

You also have to be aware that your company with be notified if you file and they have to file a claim back with their side and then the state will determine if you qualify or not. They can deny if they find no reasonable cause
