I see black circles in my vision only for a split second, and sometimes for a few seconds a few people tell me they're just eye floaters but I'm kinda worried because I sometimes see them everyday at night or at dark settings

I was told by my eye doctor that I have vitreous degeneration and in 26 I’ve never had trauma or autoimmune disease. He told me this usually happens in older people. Is this something I should work about?

what if see a "black" shadows when i look to the sides? it's not a floater, but it is still see-through and it's like pulsing?? I only see it when looking to the sides.
