Get an app like GoWish. I set it to private and screenshot and add in anything I decide I want. I keep it in there and see if I still want it a month later. It’s also great to have a running list for Bday and Christmas wishes

Im allowing myself to purchase ten articles of clothing/shoes/purse TOTAL. There’s no budget involved but just a total amount so everything I buy is super intentional this year. I need to love it and want it in my closet forever

So you can beat yourself up about how much money you wasted? Most overconsumers are well aware of the money they’ve wasted. It seems counter productive to add how much it all up just to heap more guilt on yourself.
