I do a lot of my studying on the treadmill. It’s easier to read long, dense textbook chapters while walking than while sitting at a desk.

Level up by studying something different in each location while fixating on a smell or taste while there. Then, when you need to recall, bring back the taste or smell and see if your brain brings back the information you studied there.

Thank you for this! Currently work on my graduate degree, and struggling. 30 years ago I would study in between classes at different spots on campus. I used to associate the new info with specific locations.
