INGREDIENTS: 1.25 lb flank steak 4 Roma tomatoes 1/2 white onion 1 poblano peppers 1-3 serrano peppers (spicy) 300 grams potato Cilantro 1 8 oz El Pato sauce 2 garlic cloves Salt Pepper DIRECTIONS: 1. Chop vegetables, cilantro, and beef into 1 inch pieces. 2. Grease a pan with avocado oil spray and add the beef. Cook for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. 3.
