It is awesome, but just like someone said in the comments… they get bad reviews on customer service, and can confirm they judge you hard. I live across the street, so I was going pretty frequently for soaps, shampoo, and candles. Occasionally, I would just dip in quickly for my Pura refills but if I’m dressed down(work out clothes and vans) then they will follow me around, and ask if I need help a million times. It’s just me literally smelling the Pura products. It’s not in a helpful way either, it’s a get out of my store way. I find myself getting my refills from heb more often now, which is unfortunate because they don’t have that many options.

Their apothecary employees change out every month or so. The customer service there is so hit or miss. And they rarely change out samples so a lot of the time, it’s gone bad.
