My dogs “go away” command is “outside” and people look at me sideways when we are already outside but hey she leaves the area and it works 😂😂

👏🏽 I feel like this is an underrated command. I also have my dog trained to “go away” and it’s is super helpful for so many things.

My dog knows Go Away also, or used to. Shes now 14 and deaf lol. She also knows back or back up. Very handy cues.

my dogs get taught "off", "leave", "no" and "get". one word responses, all for different circumstances/ reasons. especially living in a multi pet household with cats too

I taught my boy “go away” and it was the best tool with working and travelling and lots of different social situations! Adopted a 5 year old and one day I just said “piss off” and he went away 😂 so one dog is “go away” and the other is “piss off” 😂

I had two dogs when I was younger and I taught them that "Excuse me" meant I needed them off my lap, I now own 2 cats and am in awe at the power I once had because these cats don't listen at alll 😭

My partners kelpies have a similar command but it’s ‘go home’, keeps them safe and they go straight to where they are safe (because they are almost always on the farm).
