For Google ads you put the conversion tag on the thank you page. When a visitor comes to the website all their data is tracked by ga4. So you can view the conversion path. I can show you where it displays the device., region. Etc. then you sync ga4 with your google ads account , meta uses the pixel which tracks consumer behavior on your site doing the same

do you read cookies or local browser cache/storage. how far back do you go and how far forward after the success event? I'm scoped for last utm on site land, last/referral page seen if organic and then a hard conversion in the future with monthly uploads feeding all of that up.

I have build my own tool to track capture and send data directly to my database crm and fb capi and not using fb pixel on pages at all because fb px is actuall bad data👌 and works like a charm for now.
