This resonates so much with me. As an Aries on antidepressants for the past six years (and two weeks off) my feelings are all over the place and yesterday I got this overwhelming rage - the one I thought I had outgrown. Turns out the medicin just muted my emotions and I got soooo scared and sad I still can feel that unhinged rage. Though, I can see now that I need to learn how to love that part of me as well - even though nobody else has been able to before. Not my parents, partners or even myself, so I hid it and hated myself for being this way. Now it must all be seen, listened to and be loved - maybe not by anyone else, but by myself. And that’s enough.
