I never eat in restaurants because you just can’t know what they are doing back there. I would rather buy the best ingredients and make it at home. It’s better and cheaper by far

I have worked for years as a server or bartender and you are NOT wrong..Everything I have heard you say is 100% true..I won't even eat in restaurants at all!!

Again 💯! Lemons are so gross 🤢. Every server just picks them out of the container with their hands. There’s tongs but when busy they don’t bother. So you have 19 people’s hands constantly in the container, so gross.Our frother wand is also pretty gross, actually never really thought about that until now.
