@PondLosAngeles makes the best work bag that I also use as my carry on. It’s called the transform tote. It can be a shoulder bag, cross body, backpack or carry on. The straps are a nice size and so comfortable. It’s made of nice structured leather. It zips closed. It’s all around perfect!

you can actually fold the sides and snap it in place with the magnets to downsize the calle tote if you want to. it makes it look cuter imo
