I’ve had this for 6 months and am going back to my stainless steel litter box. No matter how much I clean it and keep up with the litter being fresh the smell is so bad

If you take the step out the cat has to go in and turn around to potty. it's been working for our cat! Our cat used to make a huge mess with the stop attached, but not anymore!

all the hate I don't get it I've had it for about a month and I love itttt omg it doesn't smell I don't even have to think about it all I do is clean it once a month and dump the litter that gets stuck on the step back into it

I'm having a problem with the mess and her peeing outside of it too I need to make some sort of mesh doorway to go in and out that blocks all the stuff

Had about a month. Definitely can be messy, but my other one was too. I just bought an oversized litter mat and sweep it up off the mat. My cat is 22 pounds and outgrew his other one, this was the next biggest one I could find. I do have to reset it sometimes, as it will get stuck in clean mode.
