Why can’t I just get comprehensive and complete care all at one? I’m 50 and finally the gyno gave me estrodial patch but nothing else. (Im also on mirena). Part of the massive fatigue is the constant advocating but no one taking action.

I hated the compounded testosterone. that dispenser sucks. I use testim and its only 140 for a year supply. compounded was 50 a month.

Have half of that ready to pickup at my pharmacy, so excited. Had labs, and my vitamin D was nearly 0. Definitely plays a big role in how we feel. I was not able to tell the difference between hormone deficiency (I’m 50) and apparently a vit d deficiency 😭
