using your phone less isn’t about not using your phone completely (for anybody who may slate you for filming tiktoks about it) it’s about cutting down your screen time by using other, usually offline, devices for things you’d usually use your phone for! i’ve been doing it for a few months as well as rediscovering offline hobbies (like diamond art, puzzles and wordsearches) and i feel a lot less suffocated!

I turned my dining room into my “analog room” - my sewing station, surrounded my fabric and craft supplies, with a VCR and DVD player. I also have my record player that i have in the other room and an am/fm radio in the kitchen (I say as I type all this out on my iPhone on TikTok….) ❤️
