im a hairdresser myself as you know,the pricing depends on the area and availability of black hairdressers .when I moved to Essex 11years ago there were no black hairdresser/stylists so I could charge more for my services. but with influx of more blacks moving to the area they undercharge and take customers away

I love this debate. We should have it again and yes I think black people undercharge because we’re scared think we’re not good enough, fear of not getting people to pay for the value we’re offering etc. I can go on and on
