I'm pretty sure domestic is when somebody calls from that address otherwise it could definitely be swatting people who took the call should have notified the police that the call was not coming from the address therefore their job is to investigate where the call came from and talk to that person first but they didn't do that did they because they wanted to rush in like Stormtroopers cuz they have nothing else to do this is why when I was 8 years old my uncle retired from the police department sat all of us kids down and told us never trust the police never talk to the police
