We started with their salad. Incredibly fresh ingredients. The kesong puti is the plus. Next, one of the favorite here, tibuok cream latte, where they used tibuok salt, rare and artisanal Filipino sea salt from Bohol. The presentation is beautiful and tastes good, too, Next, Bacolod Kansi, tangy and savory traditional beef soup originated in Western Visayas that used batuan fruit. Another must-try here, La Paz batchoy (Bacolod Style), which has super flavorful and lots of ingredients. Bagnet kare-kare, where even if you drown it in the soup, the skin is still crispy and crunchy. We also tried Singapore-flavored salted egg yolk shrimp, one of my faves here. Bagnet sisig burrito, bit spicy but worth for the filling. Rich and savory adobo Coq au Vin that comes with mashed potatoes. And for the grand finale, we had French-style hot chocolate and dako Halo-Halong Dako Dako means big in both Bisaya and Ilonggo. With 17 toppings, the first time I've seen such a large halo-halo.
