The third shot was completely unnecessary. The guy clearly froze after the second shot and there was a brief moment between them to two but the officer decided to shoot him in the head anyways. There’s no one here who can sit there and say that this is justified in the name of our creator.

That 3rd kill shot was not necessary. After first shot he already was stopping . After 2nd shot the man stopped . He steadied and aimed directly at the head. Not even toward legs or anywhere else .
