Leave your wallet in the car get out of the car and lock the car and that way if he tries to ask to get in the car, you tell him that he needs a warrant to do so or probable cause which he doesn’t have both. he's not exactly speeding, dashed lines are 10ft long and spaced 30ft apart on most highways. let's assume same for this road . in a second of video time he's going less than 3 full dashes a second. let's say 2 dashes and 2 spaces that's 100ft/s that's about 68 miles per hour in a 65 let's be real.
