It hurts, but it’s true. Our brothers and sisters aren’t leaving Uganda because they hate home — they’re running to where they’re seen, paid and given a chance. How long will we keep asking why do they go” instead of asking “why can’t they stay”? If graduates can’t get jobs, if recruitment isn’t fair, then of course Dubai looks like hope. The real shame is that we’re los😁ing our smartest minds to build other countries, while ours waits. We don’t need more questions from leaders. We need jobs, fairness, and opportunity right here.
