@compass.acres: What’s your sign? ✨ Working in the basement at Compass Acres today and had one of those moments that just stops you in your tracks. Ever since my mom passed, she’s sent us little reminders that she’s still with us — and for us, it’s always been dimes. On our very first family vacation after she passed, we were packing up to leave and somehow… there was one single dime left in every room. Ever since then, I can always tell when she’s nearby. Today, I pulled apart an old speaker box we’ve never opened — it’s always had stuff stacked on top of it, not easy to access at all. Inside? Nothing. No dust, no random junk, no other change… just one solitary dime sitting there. And to me, that’s no coincidence. My mom never liked to miss out on a project either. She was a total DIYer — the first one on the scene for any renovation, build, or craft. So of course she’d still be showing up while we’re working on the house 🛠️🤍 Even if you don’t believe in signs like this, I do — and it’s just another reminder that she’s always here, still helping, still watching, still part of the process.
