One pro tip - in addition to using mineral sunscreen, use heliocare pills that you can get through Amazon. My dermatologist recommended them - take them about 30 mins before sun exposure and it helps tremendously.

Hey! This sounds like the condition I have. PMLE (polymorphous light eruption)! I get a rash anytime I go out in the sun, it’s almost like hives! Super itchy and painful! It sounds like what you are experiencing. I would definitely ask your dermatologist about it

The biggest generic spray bottle Walmart has that’s 50+. I’m a sensitive ginger that reapplies sunscreen every 2 hours. Cant afford those expensive ones. Have no problems with these. I shower as soon as i get home double cleanse very well to get it off

Mineral sunscreen will ALWAYS give a white cast when applied in correct dosages. That’s literally what’s blocking the UV. Chemical sunscreens are bad for our bodies and the environment, so just get used to having a white cast

Don’t get a mineral sunscreen. Does horribly in the higher nm wavelengths (deep skin aging) so use a chemical sunscreen and make sure it has avobenzone 3% since that’s the max amount American sunscreens can use. And if you’re worried about chemical sunscreens being bad for you or something, there’s ZERO cases where sunscreen has caused cancer to anyone. Many people don’t know that😭 but yeah that’s literally why we have the fda. If you have anymore questions just lmk and I’d love to help
