Wha did you do! I'm in this now 5 month PP and it is horrendousz I also have scalp psoriasis so that adds to the emotional toll. I get flakes and scales with mine 🥺 pleaseeee give me all the advice!

Has your hair still been shedding while regrowing? I can’t tell if my telogen effluvium has started to plateau or not… same boat I was in icu, 2 surgeries, severe infection & hormonal changes
