That dish looks amazing! However, that's not roasted.... with the foil, you're steaming it. If you're willing to try, wash them, dry them, poke some holes in them and pop them in the oven as is for about 60 to 90 minutes till you see the sugar syrup running out. Allow to cool for an hour. It's going to elevate your dish. But this is just me. Please don't feel obligated to try. I'm so obsessed with sweet potato 😂

The Cheeto and lettuce thing is not that crazy girl I promise💋 I shove hot Cheetos in my sandwich that has lettuce in it like crazy to make that loud crunch. A lot of us do and that’s not much different.
