I’m bored of managers get paid like three times more than retail workers/team leaders and they just sit in the office all day and then when customers like this come in they will just give them the refund after the customer has just given you shit for refusing.

I completely agree and I worked as a manager in retail and one thing I always did was have my employees back, if they said no refund, I’m doubling down and saying the same. People genuinely were the actual worst
