So then there’s also a fine line between a creep and a scientist. But then again…. Isn’t that how western medicine started? Stealing bodies and doing autopsies and all the other things.

We had a parking lot where people would randomly find bones from the graveyard underneath. People do not respect the dead if they can make a profit.

nah in italy after 30 years you have to pay to keep your grave (well, your relatives') or they'll throw your bones in a common ossuary 😭

When visiting New Orleans we toured a poor man's cemetery which was outside county lines. Poor people would remove existing headstones and bury their loved one on top of older Graves. I saw several old headstones in a pile. 😳 I saw a fresh new grave with a berm elevation of 18" covered in pink ribbon and 2 beers by its side.
