Why do kids even have phones? If they can't drive themselves all they need is a watch and be told where to be at a certain time so they can be picked up.

No, they shouldn’t be charged It’s not their fault that he decided to run away. How are they going to know that he was going to die as parents we find ways to discipline our children. The child ran away. He didn’t think about the weather and it killed him. honestly, it’s no one‘s fault as a child when you don’t get your way, you tend to run away and do what you want. That’s a child like mine as an adult. You find ways to discipline your child taking away their phone is something that a lot of parents do. This is something that was not expected.

No cause kids run away from home over a lot of things it just what some kids do either cause they don't like rules at home or worse cause they're being abused.but it's very sad 😭😢 that he passed away 13 yrs old out in the cold like this isn't a good thing they don't know how to protect their selves in this kind of situation my prayers n condolences goes out to the family
