I have been depressed before but it was nothing compared to when I got discarded. It was the first time in my life I lost hope. My mind went to such a dark place & I couldn’t even listen to music anymore.

I’ve been through a pretty bad marriage that ended in a worse divorce, only to remarry and have my husband passed away a year and a half after we married, but there’s something about an avoidant discard that leaves you with such grief and pain that it’s almost undescribable💔

Being discarded by an avoidant is the absolute worst experience and feeling ever. It made me feel empty, it made me sick to my stomach, it made me nauseous, I couldn’t focus on anything else… etc.
