🇿🇦🇳🇬 LET'S HAVE AN HONEST CONVERSATION! WHY CHASE SPAZA SHOPS WHEN YOU CAN BUILD YOUR OWN EMPIRE? 🤔 First of all, congratulations to the leader of March and March for owning and running a farm. 👏🏽🌱 Building something for yourself is an achievement worth celebrating, and I genuinely believe more people should be encouraged to do the same. But here is the question I want us to think about. If the leader of March and March can own a farm, invest in agriculture, and build something for herself, why can't that same energy be used to teach ordinary South Africans how to create wealth, start businesses, invest in agriculture, and become financially independent? Why is so much attention being directed at spaza shops owned by foreigners instead of encouraging people to establish their own businesses? Yes, I understand the argument that South Africans deserve better opportunities. Absolutely! Every citizen deserves the opportunity to work, start a business, and live with dignity. But if you want your people to enjoy the success that others have achieved, MUST ANOTHER PERSON SUFFER FOR YOUR PEOPLE TO SUCCEED? MUST A FOREIGNER LOSE THEIR BUSINESS, HAVE THEIR PROPERTY DESTROYED, OR LIVE IN FEAR BEFORE A SOUTH AFRICAN CAN HAVE A BETTER LIFE? Since when did another person's success become an obstacle to your own success? The painful reality is that some people have been made to believe that foreigners are responsible for their unemployment, poverty, crime, and economic struggles. When that belief turns into anger, innocent people become targets. Businesses are looted. Properties are destroyed. Foreigners are insulted, humiliated, threatened, and sometimes killed simply because they are foreigners. But after all that destruction, what changes? Does unemployment suddenly disappear? Do wages automatically increase? Does the economy improve because a foreigner's shop has been destroyed? Who truly benefits when businesses are destroyed, investments are lost, and people become afraid to trade? Let's be honest: South Africa has serious challenges, but blaming foreigners for every problem will not solve them. Leadership, accountability, job creation, education, economic opportunities, and effective law enforcement must also be part of the conversation. And this is where I want to challenge the leader of March and March. CONGRATULATIONS ON BUILDING YOUR FARM. BUT LET YOUR SUCCESS BECOME A LESSON FOR OTHERS, NOT A REASON FOR THEM TO RESENT PEOPLE WHO ARE ALSO TRYING TO SURVIVE. Teach people how to farm. Show them how to start businesses. Encourage them to invest, acquire skills, and create opportunities for themselves. If you have found a path to success, help others discover their own paths. You cannot preach economic empowerment while people are encouraged to destroy the businesses of others. You cannot tell people to build their future by making innocent people afraid of theirs. And you cannot create lasting prosperity by teaching people to see their neighbours as enemies. HERE IS MY BIG QUESTION TO EVERYONE: IF YOU CAN LEARN FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS BUILT A SUCCESSFUL FARM, WHY CAN'T YOU LEARN FROM A FOREIGNER WHO HAS BUILT A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS? Is the problem really that foreigners are succeeding, or have some people been convinced that another person's success is the reason for their own struggles? South Africans deserve opportunities. Foreigners deserve dignity and protection too. These two things are not mutually exclusive. A COUNTRY DOES NOT BECOME WEALTHIER BY DESTROYING BUSINESSES. IT BECOMES STRONGER WHEN PEOPLE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD, INVEST, CREATE JOBS, AND PROSPER. Let's discuss this honestly. No insults, no threats, and no violence. Just facts, accountability, and solutions. 👇🏽 DO YOU BELIEVE CHASING FOREIGNERS AWAY WILL SOLVE SOUTH AFRICA'S ECONOMIC PROBLEMS, OR SHOULD MORE ENERGY BE INVESTED IN TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO CREATE WEALTH? I want to hear your thoughts in the comments. 🇿🇦🇳🇬🌍 #SouthAfrica #MarchAndMar
