yesss dove antibacterial is so good!! i dont even use hibiclens anymore unless i have a severe flare up which is rare now since switching from scented body washes. i do miss my scented washes though 💔

My derm recommended I use PanOxyl in the places I get flares and tbh that helped so so much, so has being put on spironolactone!

this is kinda weird but I'm so happy more people are talking about HS. It used to be so stigmatized that nobody even ever heard of it and it took me years to be properly diagnosed. Thank you for helping others 💜

I saw a derm on here say that gel antiperspirant is a major help. Tried it and I haven’t had a flareup in about 6 weeks.

i know everyone is different, but cutting out nicotine and alcohol put me in remission!!! when i drink (which usually leads to smoking..) i immediately get a flare up. crazy to discover that 10+ years post diagnosis lol
