I think I have plantar fasciitis but it sstarts more up in the ball of my foot then goes down to my sesamoid area then after I hike for a few hours then I can feel the ligaments in my arch tighten up and it's very painful and I have to take my boot off and stretch my foot out doing exercises like these and it hurts a lot and starts to lock up again a few miles later. I injured this foot a few times and this has been an issue for like two years 😭😭😭

insert your fingers in between your toes and squeeze. Great stretch for plantar fascia and prevents bunions. Do in both feet.
