@lauracoenfit: These are Toby’s absolute favourite and for good reason to be fair 🥹 Recipe 🍔 for 2 burgers 1. Bash 2 chicken beasts between cling film to flatten out slightly, stab with a fork and season with a lot of chicken seasoning 2. Whisk one medium egg in a bowl 3. Crush 40g cornflakes in a bowl and add the same chicken seasoning 4. Dip the chicken breasts one at a time into the egg and then into the cornflakes 5. Air fry for 18 minutes at 180 degrees turning half way and adding a little cheese for the last minute 6.
