I bought some stainless steel pans from Walmart and I cooked popcorn in one of my pans and when I got done, I realized that the oil that I used for popping in the popcorn, actually discolored the bottom of my pan, and I use some baking soda and a little bit of vinegar and made like a pace out of it and scrubbed it and it seemed to work just fine. I don’t know if that’s technically what you should use, but that’s the only thing I had on hand because well I had some other pans some Teflon and I noticed that it got in our food so I had to throw all of our food away and my husband just stopped by Walmart on the way home and grab some pans and brought them home so I have not done a lot of research on stainless steel and had to clean them and take care of them properly
