where in the calf woukd it hurt. i have aching in my calf especially after being on my feet.

I have had calf pain that started out of nowhere for almost a year. It hurts after sitting when I get up and makes me limp. I’m super healthy and workout 6 times a week, no meds or health issues. I limp a few steps after getting up from sleeping also, I’m 47. There isn’t pain where I push anywhere either. I just recently started wondering if it is a vein issue 😬 it’s right in the middle at the bottom of where my muscle is. Never had an injury either.
