I lost twins in 2019, they were stillborn. I have twins again (born 2022) and my youngest (2024). My girls in Heaven are 6 almost 7 and I still have grief in everything I do with my current babies. It’s unfair to tell you what to feel and what not to feel. But I can say that guilt is a feeling we probably all feel when we lose someone and thats because we are not perfect. If we did everything perfectly we wouldn’t regret things. So try to fight that guilt and live your life! You deserve it!
