My face is still bloated even after cutting sugars, and I eat a good amount of fiber + protein, and I think my gut is healthy as I do go to the bathroom frequently so idk what’s the issue? And I don’t think it’s fat at all. Bc I lost a good amount of weight and still trying to lose more.

It’s not like everyone can’t eat raw veggies. Also you should get tested before you cut anything out. If you think you have some kind of problem, stop eating it and then get tested, it won’t show. It’s important to go to the doctor and go checked out rather than to assume things. If you did this then this might be a helpful post
