@theanimalpad: Elmer is a happy puppy at the Animal Pad that got a grooming bath today. Unfortunately, he is unable to use his back legs to walk. But he takes that in stride, rolling about, and loves playing with toys, people, and getting treats. He is currently not listed for open fostering or adoption, as he first needs a special care foster that has experience with caring for and rehabilitating handicapped dogs.
