Let me tell you a story. In April, it will make 19 years that it went for my annual physical that included labs and my PSA was elevated. It had not been elevated the year before. The doctor did a more thorough exam and a biopsy was completed and two tumors were identified. It was scary as hell. And oncologist reviewed with me my options. I spoke with a family member who is a physician. had robotic surgery followed by a radiation protocol. At the end of that, the doctor said you’ve got a good 8 to 10 years in front of you. That was 19 years ago. Probably the single most important thing for both men and women whether we like it or not it get the damn annual physical cause had I not I would not be sharing this post with you or anybody else
