In my last playthrough i had a giant radscorpion following me before he ran up. The radscorpion switched targets. Convict then lost the radscorpion lottery.

Sweet little Oliver. NVs true microcosmic morality test. There’s no Karma loss or gain, just the moral test of watching what you would do if you were to encounter a man who won the “lottery”, without even knowing what the lottery was for. And we fail. Every. Single. Time. It’s the one ubiquitous thing in FNV that binds us all, and I think it’s a disgusting (but very necessary) element to the true Wasteland experience.
