Ingredients -18 Oreo cookies -2 blocks cream cheese, softened -½ cup sugar -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -2 large eggs -½ cup sour cream Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). 2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Place one whole Oreo in the bottom of each liner. Chop the remaining Oreo cookies into small bite-size pieces and set aside. 3. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth, then gradually add the sugar while mixing. 4. Add the vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until fully combined. 5. Add the sour cream and mix until smooth. 6. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure there are no lumps. Mix again if needed. 7. Gently fold the chopped Oreo pieces into the cheesecake batter using a spatula. 8. Fill each muffin cup with the cheesecake mixture. 9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the centres are set. 10.
